What is Cash Gifting?

What is Cash Gifting?

Private cash gifting is a concept embraced by private groups of individuals and has been in existence for many years. Our private activity does not involve network marketing, multi-level marketing, or a business or commercial activity. There are no business transactions, investments and/or securities involved in this activity.

The concept of private gifting is based upon the fact that both American and Canadian citizens as well as other countries, have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets, and are subject to the rules and regulations established by the laws. The U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.





The law states that one or more individuals can give a gift to another individual of up to $12,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid. These gifts are not included in the gross income of the recipient.

1. How does a 1-Up system work?

When someone registers under you, they are required to pass up their first pledge to you in order to qualify to receive cash. Once this happens, they become "unattached" and get replaced by their new member. For example, the system successfully registers David. David invites John. Now David is qualified to receive cash pledges from now on. John, however, replaced David in the line and now John needs to pass up his first pledge to you. This is called a "receiving line" and it goes down to infinity. You can have as many receiving lines as you wish for residual income.

2. What makes this program legal?

Cash Gifting itself does not break any U.S. laws at all. However, not all cash gifting programs are legal. The IRS guidelines on gifting are very specific as you saw on the previous page. The FCC has nothing against cash gifting, except for one program that has been shut down in which people participated in a pyramid scheme and promises were made to prospects. We use a linear structure which mathematically cannot collapse, it is used by many direct sales companies, insurance companies, credit card companies, etc.

We don't make any promises or guarantees, and you are given all of the information you need to know before
signing up. There won't be hidden fees or costs. Everything is openly explained to you in this website, so there are no surprises and for instance, we are well within the law.

3. This looks too good to be true, what's the catch?

Mom and dad always told me if something seemed too good to be true, it probably was. However, when it comes to our system, we're not offering you something for nothing or overnight riches. It takes a lot of work to make this system function as the well-oiled cash making machine that it is, but we outsource all of it so at the end, you, the member, benefits from other people's time as the heavy lifting is done by the wonderful folks we hire.

Your boss makes money off of you. His position is too good to be true. He doesn't work as hard as you do, but he makes all the money. Yet it is reality, and it's no different than what we do here. We outsource our advertising, website coding and set up, even the closing of our prospects gets outsourced. You could do all this work yourself but you would need months of training to do it as well as our staff does it.

4. What do I get in return for my money? What am I buying?

Cash Gifting is a private activity in which individuals gift each other money. There is nothing being sold, nothing being bought, there are no transactions and this is not a business. It is a private activity to which you need to be invited. If you're looking for a home-based opportunity to generate income, cash gifting has almost 500% better conversions than any direct sales or MLM opportunity out there. This means that cash gifting is more appealing to the masses, they are not being sold anything and they don't need to sell anything to anyone either.

5. Why would someone want to send me free cash?

People will send you cash pledges for the same reason you would send your inviter a cash pledge - because they want to be a part of a team of folks who help each other generate above average income, they want the convenience of outsourcing and automation, and they like the idea of having their own high producing website that generates them cash on autopilot, even when they sleep.

6. Does this take any investment on my part?

A cash pledge is not an investment. Participation in this private activity does require a cash pledge. Levels of participation are simple (US dollars): $250, $500, $1,500, and $3,500.

7. Can I upgrade if I sign up at a lower level?

Yes. You can register at any level and later on you can upgrade by sending in the remainder of the pledge for that level. If you register at $500 and down the road you can send in another $1000, you'd then be upgraded to the $1500 level.

Keep in mind that you can only receive as much as you put in. If you register at $500 and someone wants to send you $3,500, you keep $500 (given you're already qualified), and pass up the other $3,000 to the next person above you.

8. What are the costs involved to participate in this activity?

Other than your initial cash pledge, here is a run down of the costs of participation. We do not have any hidden fees.

You can choose to get your own website hosting accounts at GoDaddy.com or Hostmonster.com for a nominal cost per month (optional, but recommended). We will give you a customized website including autoresponder free of charge. For optimization purposes, however, we recommend you get your own domain ($10/year)

We feel we have something really amazing to offer, and you're free to compare us to other programs. We made sure that we beat our competitors in every aspect.

9. How soon can I start receiving cash pledges?

As soon as you generate enough targeted traffic to your website. You can learn marketing and do your own thing, or you can join our co-ops and have our staff do the marketing for you for a nominal fee and no learning or guess work is required on your part.

But the bottom line is this: as soon as there is a frequent flow of targeted traffic coming to your website, whether it is on day one or day fifty, your system will generate cash.

10. Do I have to be tech savvy to succeed at this?

Do you know what an FTP client does? Do you know what CSS stands for? Neither do 80% of our members. That's the beauty of our system... we have people who do know all that's needed to know to personalize your website and set up your auto-responder campaign and make all this technical stuff work beautifully. 11. Do I have to know marketing to succeed at this?

12. How does the advertising work?

As I stated in the previous answer, we create massive ad campaigns involving different methods of promotion. All you have to do as a member is purchase "rotations" and your website is put into the campaign, and depending on how many slots you purchase that's how many times your site shows up when people click on our ads.

A rotator is a single URL that redirects to several URL's in a rotation basis. We advertise one URL per campaign so as visitors click on it, our members' websites get rotated so everyone gets traffic.

13. How much does it cost to use the marketing services? Do I have to use them?

14. Who pays the Team Leaders to close my prospects for me?

Due to our team and helping nature, you can choose to have your sponsor callback your prospects, have a volunteer team leader call them back, or call them back yourself. 95% of the time, when people call us they are ready to join or have a few questions. We don't need to sell anyone to join. When you join our program, you have the option to let a call center do the closing for you. The call center service option is provided for any members that want to pay a monthly fee for a call center to handle and close all your callback requests for you, making this one of the best hands off activities available online.

15. Can I do my own advertising and close my own prospects?

You can do your own advertising and close your own prospects, Our system is very flexible to everyone's needs. Some people want to be more "in-control" and that's perfectly alright.

15. Does this program work outside of the US, such as the UK, Australia, Canada and other countries around the world?

Yes. Our program knows no boundaries or borders. We have members all over the world, including the UK,

16. Is this some kind of pyramid or "ponzi" scheme?

Not at all! A pyramid is associated with an investment scheme, a company or a business. We are not a company, just a private sharing club. We have zero sales quotas, we do not sell positions and we do not have an ever- widening base to the structure, which just keeps going and going. A pyramid never allows anyone coming in on the bottom to ever reach the top. Everyone gives the same gifts, works together in a team and receives the same gift. 17. How did this concept begin?

19. How can you give to a stranger?

How many times have you given to United Way, the Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, and other charities? You don't know who got the gift, what stranger. We all have met some of the most wonderful people and have made a lot of new friends across the country and the world. 20. Why would I want to participate?

21. Do I have to share this with family and friends?
